Grant writer and strategist Judith Kunst brings her award-winning talents as a poet to the world of competitive grant writing. She has joyfully discovered that poems and grants are both forms of writing under artificial constraints—and both can change lives.


Funding awarded to proposals written and strategized by Judith has put social workers into low income schools, outfitted non-profits with new accounting systems, provided women in the arts industry with advocacy and support, and developed new ways to measure social-emotional resiliency.


For Judith, Top Right Quadrant living includes learning to be antiracist, taking long walks in nature, a yummy cup of coffee, time with any of her three sons, and the written word.

Kevin Kunst

Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer

Accomplished educator, school leader, and organizational strategist Kevin Kunst has advised independent school boards and leadership in nearly every region of the country at every stage of growth, transition, crisis point, and opportunity. Kevin serves on the Accreditation Review Committee of the Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS) and writes regularly for Independent School Magazine and other publications. He is a Certified Non-Profit Consultant through the National Association of Non-Profit Organizations and Executives (NANOE) and shares his knowledge and experience as a frequent conference presenter and webinar producer for Campus Outreach Services. He is an incisive problem solver, a gifted communicator, and a mentor to hundreds of students, teachers, and administrators.


Kevin shares the effective frameworks he’s developed to help any organization evaluate and optimize their mission, governance, strategic direction, and use of dollars, time, and culture.
